Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver across all districts and upazilas in Bangladesh. Please enter your district and full address carefully at checkout.

Orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. Sale periods, public holidays and severe weather can add time.

Delivery is ৳ 60 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 outside Dhaka. The charge is added automatically when you select your district at checkout.

Charges can change for unusually large or heavy orders or where courier rules require it. If this applies, our team will contact you before confirming the order.

After an order is placed we verify stock and payment. Once verified, the parcel is packed and handed to our courier partner.

We may contact the mobile number on the order to confirm details. Please provide an active number.

Once your parcel is dispatched, use the Order Tracking page with your order number and the mobile number or email used at checkout.
